In this workshop, we aim to provide actionable insights for individuals and organizations striving to enhance diversity in their workforce. We understand that addressing challenges at every stage is crucial, including:
- Recruitment
- Retention
- Promotion and Leadership
- Offboarding/Exit
Participants will be invited to form four groups to explore these key areas. Each group will share their recommendations at the conclusion of the session, with a representative from each group presenting their insights. Seatrade Maritime News will compile a report on these findings, making it accessible for everyone to benefit from the shared recommendations.
